UK Delivery

We offer fast and reliable shipping throughout the United Kingdom (excluding Northern Ireland, Channel Islands, Isle of Man and BFPO addresses).

• Standard Delivery (2–4 working days): £5.99 
• Express Delivery (1–2 working days): £9.99
• DISPATCH - Orders are dispatched Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
• CONFIRMATION EMAIL - You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order is shipped.
• VAT - VAT its payable on all online shop orders regardless of the country where the order is placed
• UNDELIVERABLES - If your order is undelivered due to an incorrect address it may be returned to us and a refund for the cost of good will be processed (but not for shipping). If you still wish to receive the order there will be an additional shipping charge.
• PACKAGES LOST OR STOLEN - Kazimo cannot be held responsible for loss or damage that may occur once your order has been delivered. Please note that if you choose to have your parcel left ‘in a safe place’ or ‘communal area’ this is at your own risk.
• UPDATING/CANCELLING AN ORDER -  Once an order has been placed it is usually not possible to amend or change the details. If this happens please contact us at info@whitelabel-drinks.com and we can see if we can cancel or amend the order before dispatch

International Delivery

We currently offer shipping to select international destinations.

• Delivery times and costs vary by location and will be calculated at checkout.
• Please note: customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes incurred.
