Returns & Refunds
We want you to love your order. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.
Returns Eligibility
- Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.
- Products must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.
- We cannot accept returns on opened items.
How to Return
- Contact our customer support at Info@whitelabel-drinks.com with your order number and reason for return.
- We'll provide return instructions and a return address.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Refunds
- At Kazimo we have a 30 day return policy (from order date). The item(s) must be in the same condition that they were received, unopened and in its original packaging. You will also be needed to provide proof of purchase + an order number. Please contact info@whitelabel-drinks.com to start this process. We recommend using a tracked service for all returns and refunds are only processed upon return and inspection.
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5–7 working days.
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
- EXCHANGES - we do not offer exchanges on products. If the wrong order is placed please return (as instructed above) and reorder, we can then process a refund
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and a brief description. We’ll make it right — whether that’s a replacement, refund, or store credit.
